I am Fabian, a true man of the mountains. I am an enthusiastic hunter and chef and run wild o'williams. As a hunter, I roam the forests around the chalet and enjoy spending beautiful moments. We are deeply rooted in our homeland. However, my roots do not only grow downwards into the earth but in all possible directions. This is how ideas make their way through the chalet door. Through culinary open-mindedness, respect for traditions, and my love for hearty food, I have created my very own mountain cuisine. So, are you curious?

The Seiser Alm, the largest high alpine pasture in the whole of Europe surrounded by the sweeping meadows beneath the beautiful Plattkofel mountain here in the Dolomites, is where you’ll find our chalet! For us, it is the most beautiful place on Earth, and we want to make it your wow-experience too! That's why we serve you truly unique, homemade burgers and pizza with a passion! Burgers and pizzas with game – unique and “wow”!
You’ll find us at 2,100 metres. Our stove feels like it's 2,000 degrees. Urban and Ignazio give 100% on the griddles, which means when we create our unique burgers and pizzas, we are completely in our element, with fire and pure passion. We make the classic pizzas and burgers that are universally loved, and we also have dishes specially designed for children – but our heart lies in our own unique recipes. We top and garnish with wild game meat hunted directly from the forests around our chalet – and more than that! It is our main ingredient, in the same way that you, as our guest, are our centerpiece. Our goal is to hear a "wow" from you! And now, let the fire begin!

Our Drinks
We have an eye and a heart for the essentials. Whether it's a schnapps for digestion or a barley brew to accompany your meal – it must be full-bodied. That's why we stock the best beer varieties from Forst and Bozner Batzenbräu: you can choose between classic, non-alcoholic, a dark one, "Gosexy," "Session IPA," or even something completely different and perhaps discover a new favorite beer. As dessert – how could it be otherwise? – we serve Williams schnapps! It is and will remain the prince among schnapps here!

A hike with your flame or the whole family – even the way to wild o'williams will "wow“ you! It leads right through the beautiful forest that smells so sweet in the summer and is simply romantic in winter. Perhaps you'll encounter a deer or see a rabbit along the way. Our beautiful and rustic chalet in the South Tyrolean wilderness is easily accessible on foot, by e-bike, and in both winter and summer via the lift! At our e-bike charging station, your trusty steed can fully recharge while you treat yourself to a tasty burger or delicious pizza.
Wide paths and an amazing playground
Time for a "wow" - family outing
Hike to wild o'williams with your children and spend a fantastic day with your little ones. The trails that lead here are nice and wide, which means you don't necessarily have to take a backpack carrier or "Kraxe", because you can easily walk here with a stroller. That also makes us perfect for a Sunday outing with the whole family! After the meal, you can take a stroll on one of the many forest trails around our chalet and aid digestion – even here, strollers and prams are fine! To make waiting for the food easy and fun, we have a playground for children with lots to do in front of the building.

This way, you'll experience the beautiful surroundings and the Seiser Alm, the largest alpine pasture in the whole of Europe, to best effect. And the South Tyrolean highlands have to be seen to be believed – they're just so beautiful. And if you're honest, you'll simply have to say "wow" in the end!
We have wide forest paths that are also easily manageable with a stroller, making wild o'williams a super-duper destination for families with babies. Moreover, these paths are well signposted. Easy going, right?
